Clients should contact their coach directly to discuss and confirm rescheduling options. Coaches may accommodate rescheduling based on their availability and scheduling constraints.

C. Coach's Discretion:

  • Coaches have the authority to make decisions regarding rescheduling. If a client needs to reschedule within 24 hours due to unforeseen circumstances, they should contact their coach directly. The coach will determine if rescheduling is feasible based on their schedule.

D. No-Show Policy:

  • If a client fails to attend a scheduled training session without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

E. Communication with Coaches:

  • It's essential to maintain open communication with coaches regarding cancellations and rescheduling. Clients should contact their coach directly to discuss any changes to the training schedule.
