Jensen is a great trainer. She is able to adapt to multiple styles and abilities. She asks for feedback during the lesson so she can make sure that everyone is able to do the work while still being challenged. Our group is older (50s and above) and she is able to meet our varying needs and do it with so much encouragement that she makes everyone excited to come to our lessons.
