Former 200 meter World Bronze Medalist in the 2013 World Championships behind Usain Bolt. 2014 - US NATIONAL 200 meter champion. 2010- NCAA 200 meter national champion. Spending a total of 12 years in the professional track and field world & competing at the highest level I’ve gained an enormous amount of knowledge on speed. Working with the best coaches and doctors across the world during my tenure. I’ve hosted speed clinics internationally as well as my hometown Daytona Beach Fl. I’m extremely passionate about simply passing it forward and helping the new generation learn the art of speed and how to optimize performance.
