Jensen Odegaard

Jensen brings a unique blend of collegiate playing experience and performance coaching to her role. She played NCAA Division II soccer at Minnesota State University Moorhead, and also trained and competed abroad with Sant Cugat FC in Barcelona, Spain. Her time as a player at both the collegiate and international levels shaped her understanding of the game, the demands on athletes, and the importance of intentional, well-rounded training. After finishing her playing career, Jensen transitioned into coaching, serving as both a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Assistant Soccer Coach at the NCAA Division II level. She’s worked with a wide range of athletes—from high-minute starters to return-to-play and developmental players—designing programs that improve movement, build strength and speed, and support long-term performance. Her coaching style combines on-field development with performance training, with an emphasis on helping athletes move better, train smarter, and build confidence. She values communication, consistency, and creating an environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and understand the “why” behind their work. Jensen is especially passionate about helping young soccer players grow as both athletes and people. Whether she’s running a lift, leading a training session, or mentoring athletes through recovery, her focus is always on progress, purpose, and preparation.
